Construction Engineer
We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of SITE ENGINEER.
Due to the dynamic growth of the company in general contracting, we are expanding our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Direct supervision of construction works
- Collaboration with the Construction Manager
- Coordination of subcontractors' work
- Preparation of preliminary and final measurements of works
- Ensuring compliance of the investment execution with construction standards
- Verification of work quality and timeliness
- Conducting work inspections and acceptance
- Preparation of as-built documentation
- Assistance in searching for and selecting subcontractors
Our requirements:
- Higher technical education (construction profile)
- Organizational and communication skills
- Category B driving license
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD
- Willingness for professional development and skill improvement
