Construction Manager
We are currently looking for an employee for the position of CONSTRUCTION MANAGER.
Location: Poznań and Warsaw
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordination and supervision of the quality and timeliness of the work carried out
- Construction implementation in accordance with the design, schedule, and budget
- Cooperation with the investor and subcontractors
- Preparation of as-built documentation
- Verification of technical and cost documentation
- Supervision of compliance with occupational health and safety rules and regulations
Our requirements:
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Unlimited construction license to manage construction works in the construction and building specialty
- Excellent work organization and reliability in carrying out tasks
- Experience in team collaboration and management
- Knowledge of AutoCad, MS Projekt, and MS Office software
- Category B driving license
- Ability to independently organize construction, prepare orders, and settle subcontractors' accounts
Knowledge of English or German would be an asset
