Scope of Work:

General contracting for the construction of a new production and warehouse hall, along with a social and office building with an internal gas system, in Komorniki. Preparation of the associated infrastructure: internal roads, power supply, fire protection systems, and septic tanks.

Applied Solutions and Technologies:

•Reinforced concrete foundations with monolithic footings • Prefabricated columns anchored on Peikko footings • Steel roof structure • Office building constructed as a monolithic structure • Office building facade made of corrugated sheet metal on a system substructure • Reinforced concrete mezzanine constructed in the hall • Hall facade made of vertical sandwich panels • Hall and office building roof covered with a PVC membrane with pressure drainage, roof insulation made of mineral wool • Internal roads made of concrete blocks • The facility is equipped with water and sewage systems with an above-ground fire-fighting water tank with a usable capacity of at least 290 m3
