Client:
Malis B. Machoński Sp. K. is an importer and distributor operating in Poland and abroad, offering products including children's toys, household appliances, gardening equipment, and bicycles. The company has been in business for 18 years and is constantly expanding its offerings, which has led to the need for increased warehouse space and office and staff facilities. This investment has resulted in the acquisition of a 980 m² warehouse and 290 m² office space. The expansion did not impact the company's daily operations, allowing it to continue fulfilling orders without interruption.

Scope of Work:
General contracting including the comprehensive construction of a warehouse and social/office building with a retention reservoir for rainwater and meltwater, along with external infrastructure.
Solution:
The hall's structure features columns and prestressed, prefabricated reinforced concrete girders. The roof is made of trapezoidal sheet metal, while the walls are clad with sandwich panels.
