Our first investment for MLP Group in Zgorzelec
This is an important step for us and the beginning of a partnership, implemented within a demanding schedule that allows for the Tenant's smooth and rapid commencement of operations.
The scope of work includes:
- construction of an external, two-story office building,
- laying external foundations for the Tenant's tanks and technology,
- reconstruction of the hall's roof and façade to provide additional lighting for permanent workspaces through new windows and skylights,
- demolition of the façade to accommodate the Tenant's technology and equipment.
This is a comprehensive project that requires precise coordination, flexibility, and efficient organization of work at every stage. We are delighted to be a part of this project and support our new client in achieving their business goals.
