Creating a durable and robust industrial floor is one of the most important stages of building a hall. Our latest project exemplifies the application of proven technology and precision workmanship, with the final result consisting of several stages.
1. Reinforcement – a solid base
Carefully placed reinforcing mesh in the floor plays a key role in reinforcing the concrete, increasing its resistance to cracking, compression, and flexure, while also limiting the effects of shrinkage and thermal stress. Every square meter is carefully prepared to create a stable load-bearing system.
2. Preparation for pouring
Once the reinforcement is complete, we secure the structure, organize work areas, and ensure optimal conditions—from lighting to the logistics of the entire process. This is the stage where the team operates as a well-synchronized team, ready for the precise concreting phase.
3. Pouring concrete – a key moment
A fully coordinated mix delivery process allows us to evenly distribute the concrete across the entire surface. Every movement, every action is crucial to ensuring perfect compaction and the proper structure of the future floor.
4. Smoothing and leveling – final quality
Once the concrete is poured, machines and experienced operators begin work. It is at this stage that the surface becomes smooth, even, and aesthetically pleasing.
The result? Once the final strength is achieved, the floor is ready for intensive use – even, durable, and compliant with the highest construction standards.
