We have a new contract – Small Business Unit Hall

At the beginning of August, we signed a contract as the General Contractor for the construction of a warehouse hall with an office building in Więckowice near Poznań.
The investor is DSM Sp. z o.o., for whom this is another SBU-type facility project and the construction of a modern warehouse and office space for lease. The investment will be located within a logistics complex, whose attractive location provides convenient access to downtown Poznań, the S11 expressway, and the A2 motorway.
Our scope of work will include:
- construction of a warehouse hall with an area of 2,200 m2 and a height of 10 m using precast reinforced concrete columns and prestressed beams – enabling a 30 m span without intermediate columns,
- installation of heating and ventilation systems,
- installation of a 40 kWp photovoltaic system,
- construction of a 140 m2 office,
- construction of external infrastructure including yards and parking lots.
The design and visualization were prepared by Kontur Design and Services Company, and construction supervision will be provided by “Glif” Mirosław Knopkiewicz.
The planned construction completion date is the first quarter of 2025.
