As part of the expansion of a furniture manufacturing plant, we are constructing a two-story industrial hall with high ceiling loads. The project required a specialized foundation approach due to unfavorable ground conditions and significant structural loads. We used indirect foundations based on FDP displacement columns installed beneath the foundation footings. This solution allowed for:

Ensure safe and even transfer of loads to deeper soil layers.

Reduce subsidence.
3.
Minimize interference with the surroundings and the time required for foundation works.
