As the General Contractor, we were responsible for the comprehensive execution of the investment for Tuplex – the largest distributor of plastics in Central and Eastern Europe.
We delivered a modern warehouse hall (4,900 m²) and a two-storey office building (800 m²) in Ruda Śląska.

- innovative cantilever racks mounted directly to the reinforced concrete column structure,
- steel truss structure of a single warehouse bay with an impressive 32-meter span,
- dedicated foil storage with specialized mechanical ventilation, a special room for a horizontal saw ensuring optimal working conditions,
- smoke extraction system and fire alarm in the hall for maximum safety,
- office building façade made of top-quality Stacbond aluminum composite panels and gres tiles,
- 50 kWp photovoltaic installation,
- heat pump heating minimizing energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.
The construction was carried out under challenging ground conditions. Remnants of a mine shaft and uncontrolled embankments required the use of specialized protections. Thanks to the collaboration of the YPERO team with experts, we met these challenges and delivered the project at the highest level.
